Because our products are handcrafted and often made to order, we accept returns only under the following conditions: Proof of purchase is required
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
